Weapons produced to save us all

Destruction beyond our darkest dreams

Measures taken for peace we’re told

Beneath our desks lies safety it seems…

(1970’s / 1980’s)

Ice is forming and at a rapid pace

The news each day spews doubt and fear 

There’s a hole in our ozone north and south

Growing each day – we are doomed it is clear…

(2000’s)

Global warming is threatening all life

Man, of course, has upset the balance

But the tides remain in God’s own hand

Still, some seek gain from such nonsense

(2010’s)

A term to cover all that takes place

‘Climate Change’ is a money grab

And you can profit if you kiss the ring

But when has our world been a dormant lab?

(2020s)

Drilling and mining provide for all things

Yet, the ‘tolerant’ voices just will not bend

Electric is mandated as we tear down the damns

And the wand of acceptance blesses the trend
